Our program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of Acrobatics. Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. Practical classes for children between 6 and 15 years old, in which the strengthening and movement of the body are an essential part of the process.
Our acrobatics course has been designed to cater for all standards including beginners. Acrobatics offers a strong foundation in the performing arts and circus as it can be introduced in to a number of disciplines such as:
Floor Tumbling
Hand Balancing
Partner and Multi-Person Stunts
Double Mini-Tramp
Trampoline
Rod Floor
Classes are open to students of all background, experience and fitness levels unless otherwise noted; no prior experience is required. Students receive individualized instruction tailored to their comfort, skill, strength, and experience level. Each subsequent class builds on a student's skills and interest, incorporating more challenging positions, transitions and sequences
What to Wear
Appropriate attire (for all ages & classes): exercise-wear (leotards, long leggings, sweatpants, t-shirts) Do not wear: shorts, belt buckles, dresses, footed tights, jeans, shoes, or jewelry of any kind.
