Online Tumbling Workshop with Kellen and Brian

This fast moving and fun workshop is designed for adults and children that wish to learn about drills, skill and lead ups for beginning to advanced tumbling. Coach Brian Shrewsbury and Kellen Tichenor have a combined 30 years of gymnastics experience and have much to share in this 1 hour workshop. We will discuss and demonstrate skills with experienced gymnasts, as well as Kellen Tichenor will demonstrate skills himself as well as safe spotting techniques. This will be an action packed hour of fun and learning.

Home Gymnastics Tumbling Floor

Perfect for practicing rolls, cartwheels, roundoffs, handstands, dance skills, and standing tumbling skills such as back handsprings and back tucks! Floor Pad is made of 1 3/8" carpet-bonded foam, 3 ft wide by 10 ft long.

Also works great for conditioning and fitness training! Available in red, blue, and black.

MGA Summer Camp 2020

We offer Girls Gymnastics/Sports Camp and Boys Gymnastics/Sports Camp. Camps run weekly Monday - Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm. Extended hours from 8:00am-6:00pm are available for an additional fee.*

If due to COVID-19 we are unable to hold any weeks of camp, you will be refunded for those weeks.

1. Select how many weeks you would like to purchase, and with what extended time, if needed.

2. Select the week(s) of camp that you are purchasing.

3. We will call you to confirm your camp!
