What is Xcel?
The Xcel Program is a gymnastics program of beginning to advanced level gymnastics for girls. Girls work on the four Olympic gymnastics events – uneven bars, balance beam, floor, and vault.
The Xcel Girls Gymnastics program currently has girls at Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond levels. Our coaches set high expectations that are both reasonable and reachable. We care about our athletes journey as well as their destination and our coaches always show respect and nurture our athletes to be the best that they can be. We teach with the philosophy that " it is not our goal to beat other gymnasts, rather it is to be better than our previous self", always reaching for their personal best.
