OPEN WORKOUT - OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

COME TO WORK OR PLAY!

At MGA open gym, participants get access to a ton of gymnastics, tumbling and ninja equipment, including:
  • spring floors and rod floor
  • 40-foot euro bed tumble track, euro bed double mini tramp, string bed trampoline
  • In-ground foam block pits
  • ninja obstacle course with truss system and 12-foot warped wall
  • bars, rings, beams, and other gymnastics equipment
  • mats, barrels, spring boards and more
Open gym is for boys and girls ages 4 to adults, and you do not have to be a member of MGA classes in order to participate! Come to have fun on the equipment, or to put in some extra time on trouble skills! Coaches are present out on the floor to assist with setting equipment.

All Ages: SUN 12-3PM

Serving communities for over 60 years. 

In 1964, our family started a small gymnastics and dance studio outside of Washington D.C. Today, we still have that same small-center feeling with two locations; one in Upper Marlboro, MD and another in Apopka, Florida. Family values are as important to us today as they were back then, we just have a few more students than we used to. It’s important to us to always put our students first and to have a gym that is a positive learning place for everyone.
