In 1964, our family started a small gymnastics and dance studio outside of Washington D.C. Today, we still have that same small-center feeling with two locations; one in its current location and one here in Apopka, Florida. Family values are as important to us today as as they were back then, we just have a few more students than we used to. It’s important to us to always put our students first and to have a gym that is a positive learning place for everyone.
We serve Central Florida, Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Longwood, Ocoee, Tavares, Eustis, Mount Dora, Winter Garden, Maitland and Widermere area.

Boys and girls work together in class on smaller equipment with the teacher. Parents come out to the floor with their child and are welcome to participate in the fun! Classes are one hour long.
GIRLS GYMNASTICS

Our beginning level gymnastics program for girls is called Xcel Pink. This program is 1 hour long per class, and teaches fundamentals on each of the four events - uneven bars, balance beam, floor, and vault - along with beginning level flexibility and strength training. Girls learn skills and routines that they perform in our showcase competitions in the fall, winter, and spring. These classes are split up into 3 different age groups: 4-6 yrs, 7-9 yrs, and 10+ yrs.
Xcel Pink Plus
Another option for beginning level girls is the Xcel Pink Plus program. These gymnastics classes are 2 hours long, and are more accelerated in skill development on the same four events, as well as flexibility and strength training. Girls in Pink Plus also perform in our showcase competitions. This program is for girls of all ages, for parents that would like a longer duration of class, and more time for new skills and routine development.
Xcel Advanced
Girls who perform exceptionally well in our Xcel Pink Plus program may be selected for our Xcel Advanced group. Girls in this program learn intermediate to advanced level skills and technique on all four of the Olympic events, plus more extensive strength and flexibility training.
