Trampoline and Tumbling

Tumbling Program

     The Trampoline and Tumbling program of Beginning, Intermediate and Advance levels of of gymnastics for everyone. This program is offered to all student, cheer groups and school groups. We have a no recruitment policy so that all students from all gyms, groups etc may feel safe learning in our facility.
The Trampoline and Tumbling program is for all children ages 5 – and up. At MGA We have implemented this program so that all of students have the chance to learn the 4 events of T and T and develop skills for their goals.

Age Groups/Curriculum

     When you begin gymnastics here at MGA, we will begin teaching the basic element/skills on each event: Rod Floor, Double Mini, Trampoline, Tumble Track.

     As your child improves they will be split into 2 age groups: Group 1 (5-7yrs), Group 2 (9-14yrs) and Group 3 advanced skill level and ages 14 and up.
