Our after-school program is an exciting, challenging, and fun way for kids to stay fit and healthy. We provide daily instructional classes in gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling, and ninja to keep them engaged and busy until you are ready to pick them up from work. This program is a great way to improve strength, coordination, and balance while having a blast.

Class Length: up to 2.5 hours per day

Attire:

• athletic clothing (nothing that will restrict movement, like jeans)
• hair longer than shoulder-length pulled up
• no jewelry or dangling earrings (posts are okay)
• no shoes (sock are okay)
• no gum
