MGA offers Trampoline and Tumbling (T&T) classes on trampoline, double mini trampoline, and power tumbling floor. Our program is designed for students of all levels, from beginning to advanced, and is open to children ages 7 and up. T&T is an Olympic sport and is discipline of gymnastics, under USAG. The three main events in T&T are trampoline, double mini tramp, and rod floor. At MGA, we also use a variety of supplemental equipment to aid in the safe and effective learning of students.

• tank top, athletic shirt, or leotard and shorts (available in our pro shop)
• hair longer than shoulder-length pulled up
• no jewelry or dangling earrings (posts are okay)
