Adult classes are for men and women, ages 16 and up, of all levels of experience and all different types of workout interests, and it is open to the public!

Adult Class Schedule:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30PM - 8:30PM

Open Gym Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 7:30PM - 8:30PM

The Same Friendly Gym for Over 50 Years

In 1964, our family started a small gymnastics and dance studio outside of Washington DC.. Today, we still have that same small center feeling with two locations one in its current location and one here in Apopka, Florida, we just have a few more students then we used to. Family values are as important to us today as as they were back then. It’s important to us to always put our students first and to have a gym that is a positive learning place for kids.

We serve Central Florida, Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Longwood, Ocoee, Tavares, Eustis, Mount Dora, Winter Garden, Maitland and Widermere area.
