Video classes with real MGA instructors! Classes are 1 hour long and consist of the following, which pertain to Xcel Pink Girls Gymnastics:
No previous experience in gymnastics is required! Skills and exercises done in Zoom classes are ones that can be done safely at home. All you need to attend is:
Fold-out mats or roll-out foam surfaces are preferred, but if you don't have either, a soft carpeted are will work.

- a zoom account with the app downloaded on your device
- a soft, open area of approximately 10 feet (square)
