We offer Girls Gymnastics/Sports Camp and Boys Gymnastics/Sports Camp. Camps run weekly Monday - Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm. Extended hours from 8:00am-6:00pm are available for an additional fee.* Days of camp will be available for the current week of camp.


If due to COVID-19 we are unable to hold any days of camp, you will be refunded for those days.

8:00am - 5:00pm $10/Day ($40 max for a week)


8:00am - 6:00pm $15/Day ($60 max for a week)

The Same Friendly Gym for Over 50 Years

In 1964, our family started a small gymnastics and dance studio outside of Washington DC.. Today, we still have that same small center feeling with two locations one in its current location and one here in Apopka, Florida, we just have a few more students then we used to. Family values are as important to us today as as they were back then. It’s important to us to always put our students first and to have a gym that is a positive learning place for kids.

We serve Central Florida, Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Longwood, Ocoee, Tavares, Eustis, Mount Dora, Winter Garden, Maitland and Widermere area.
