"Sports provide us with the chance to stand out and excel. Gymnastics, in particular, gives our kids the opportunity to feel like super heroes. As coaches, we get to teach kids how to soar and perform amazing feats, even if it's just for a brief moment.
Our athletes also develop impressive muscles, just like super heroes, and they can run and jump with incredible strength and agility. They have to remember and execute complex movements with precision, using their bodies as instruments. No other sport can transform your mind, body, and soul like gymnastics can, and come as close to being a super hero. - Coach Brian Shrewsbury

Here's a short poem about boys' gymnastics:
Boys of grace and power, Flipping and soaring through the air. Agile and strong, they twist and turn, Landing with precision and flair. With muscles rippling and sweat dripping, They push their limits and never tire. Through hard work and determination, They reach for their dreams and higher. So here's to the boys of gymnastics, A true testament to strength and might. They inspire us all to reach for the stars, And to never give up the fight. Here's a short poem about girls' gymnastics:
Gymnasts of grace and beauty, Soaring through the air with ease. Their strength and poise on full display, As they bend and twist with perfect form and ease. With sweat dripping and muscles flexing, They push their limits and never tire. Their determination and hard work, A true testament to their fire. So here's to the girls of gymnastics, Their strength and grace a sight to behold. They inspire us all to reach for the stars, And to never let our dreams grow old |
